It is an aged pudding and uses Australian dried fruit which is matured for a longer period on Australian brandy and Australian rum. It is our premium Christmas Pudding and available only in a 1.5kg round size. The calico cloth wrap features a collectable Christmas ornament and special trimming. This is a real family style Christmas pudding.
