GLUTEN FREE Christmas Puddings utilise Gluten Free flour and fresh Gluten Free breadcrumbs in the recipe. Because there is very little flour used in our recipe, there is little impact on flavour or texture when we replace the wheat flour with gluten free flour, this pudding is suitable for the whole family and ideal for coeliacs. Tested for gluten on an annual basis, Gluten content is "undetectable" using scientific testing procedures. Appreciated by Coeliacs throughout Australia for many years.
