We produce a range of gluten free Christmas and dessert puddings as well as delicious sauces. These puddings and sauces are specifically for people with coeliac disease or those that want to reduce the level of gluten in their diet. All these products have been tested and gluten cannot be detected. Some of these products also contain no added sugar and are suitable for diabetics in controlled portions.
