Newcastle's Pudding Lady is owned and operated by a small but dedicated team, consisting of the two principals of the business and a workforce of 16. This group works together in manufacturing all of the Christmas and dessert puddings, distribution, sales and administration. During the peak Christmas season an additional group of sales demonstrators supports our retailers around the country with tastings and promotional events.

Ann Cummings handles all aspects of the manufacturing process as well as administration, finance and export.

Ann is active in many areas of the local community including the Hunter Business Women's Network.

Peter Watson looks after sales, marketing and customer service activities for the company.
